The Southern California Home Buyer's Fair is being co-sponsored by the CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® and the Los Angeles Times. This free, two-day trade show and educational forum was expressly created to give you all of the information you need to successfully navigate the road to homeownership -- whether you're a first-time buyer, investor, or existing homeowner looking for the most up-to-date information about today's real estate market.
Educational seminars include "How to Find and Work With a REALTOR®;" "How to Qualify For a Home Loan;" "How to Buy a Home in Foreclosure," "How to Buy Your First Home," and more.
The Southern California Home Buyer's Fair also will feature more than 70 exhibit booths where visitors can obtain information from industry experts about a vast range of programs pertaining to homeownership and the home-buying process. In addition, the first 200 attendees on each day will receive a free movie ticket (one ticket per person).
